Wellefast Elite Sports Training offers individual and small group personal training sessions catered towards your goals.  Wether you are an athlete looking to gain an edge on your competition or an individual looking to get back into shape, Wellefast will design and take you through a program specific to your athletic/fitness goals and needs.

Personal Training sessions are 60 minutes.



Personal Training sessions can have a variety of focuses such as sport-specific skills, combine preparation, general strength & conditioning, and much more.
