Team Training

Wellefast Team Training Programs are for any sport.  Athletes will go through drills that work on speed, agility and vertical.  Sessions will contain some drills that are specific to the sport the team participates in.  Examples of this include catching footballs while doing cone drills, dribling a soccer ball after ladders, and using a volleyball with bands.
